PRODUCTS FROM ORGANIC AGRICULTURE ACCORDING WITH EUROPEAN REGULATION CEE 2092/91.

The organic food products come whether from an agriculture or a farming based on the respect of the environment, the animal welfare and the up keeping or the increase the ground productivity and his structure, by using respectful techniques (both of them, traditional and moderns ones), with the environment. Also in the agriculture is not allowed the use of the synthetic chemical products, instead this products are replaced by traditional techniques like the biological control of plagues, crop rotations, the using of green compost, the increasing of the biodiversity, etc. The result is the products obtained from this type of agriculture are a high nutritional, healthy and organoleptic quality, keeping his alimentary properties for a longer time.

HOW THE CONTROL WORKS.

All the farmers are involved in this type of agriculture are registered in the control departments that the Agriculture Councils from each Autonomous County has established for this purpose, undergoing the procedure and the inspections stated in the European Regulation CEE 2092/91.

The control procedure has the followings stages:

Documentary control, technical inspections and checking of chemical residues.
This quality controls made by the official departments appointed by Ministry of Agriculture guarantee the quality of our products.
